A clear agreement before you arrive

Booking terms

The booking terms explain how a session request is sent, when a reservation is confirmed and what is needed before arrival.

Valid from: 23 September 2026.

Booking procedure

  1. Choose an offered slot and the number of participants within the limits shown for that slot.

  2. A guest enters a name and an email address; a telephone number and a note are optional.

  3. A guest request is confirmed through the link sent to the email address provided within 30 minutes.

  4. Follow the booking status and the next steps shown in the booking process and sent to the contact address.

Session confirmation

Some sessions may be confirmed immediately, while others await administrative approval. A session is not confirmed until the system or Venari displays or sends the appropriate confirmation.

Deadlines

  • for the currently active types of session, booking is available at the earliest 90 days before the start

  • booking closes one hour before the start of the session

  • cancelling or changing through the system is available at the latest 24 hours before the start

  • the deadline shown for a specific session takes precedence if the schedule changes

Changes and cancellation

A guest booking is managed through a secure link sent to the email address, and a registered user manages their booking through their account. Cancelling releases the reserved capacity where the booking status allows it.

Safety

Participation in the activity is subject to compliance with the Safety Rules and the instructions of authorised staff at the range. Venari may stop or refuse participation when necessary for the safety of people, property or lawful operation.
