Cookie information
Cookie policy
This policy explains how cookies are used for the operation of the site, basic functionality and improving the user experience.
Valid from: 9 October 2026.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a browser stores on your device. We use essential cookies for the secure and functional operation of the site, and analytics cookies only if you give your consent.
Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the site to work and do not require consent.
venari-session — keeps a secure user session and enables login, form protection and account management; it expires after 120 minutes of inactivity, is sent only over a secure connection, is not available to JavaScript and uses SameSite=Lax protection.
XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms from forged requests (CSRF); lasts as long as the session.
remember_web_… — is set only if you choose “Remember me” when logging in, so that you stay logged in on that device.
venari_locale — remembers the language you selected for up to a year.
appearance — remembers the selected display (light or dark theme) for up to a year.
venari_analytics_consent — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, for 180 days.
venari_cookie_notice — remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice when analytics is not turned on, for 180 days.
sidebar_state — used by the administrator area to remember the side navigation display for up to seven days; it is not used to track visitors.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
When analytics is turned on, the site shows a notice on your first visit in which you can accept or decline analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not loaded and these cookies are not set until you click “Accept”.
_ga — distinguishes visitors for aggregate statistics on site usage; up to 2 years.
_ga_<ID> — stores the session state for Google Analytics 4; up to 2 years.
The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC as a processor for Venari. We track page views and clicks on contact links (telephone, email, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook) without sending a number, address or other personal data. We remove personal tokens and identifiers from page addresses. Advertising and ad personalisation are turned off.
Changing or withdrawing consent
You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. If you decline or withdraw consent, analytics stops and the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies are deleted from this domain. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Embedded YouTube videos
Videos are displayed through youtube-nocookie.com (enhanced privacy mode). Google/YouTube may store data on your device only when you start a video; Google's privacy rules apply to that.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings, but without essential cookies parts of the site, especially login, forms and account management, may not work properly.
External links
This policy does not apply to cookies set by other websites after you open them through an external link.
