Ultrasonic cleaning removes fouling, powder residue, old lubricants and other dirt from firearm parts, including hard-to-reach places in the mechanism. The service is a complete service procedure, not just washing the parts.

What the service includes

Disassembling the firearm into the parts needed for thorough cleaning.
Ultrasonic cleaning of the parts to remove fouling, powder residue and old lubricants.
Inspection of the parts after cleaning to spot wear, corrosion or damage.
Lubrication, reassembly and a check of the mechanism's operation.

When is the right time to clean

After an intensive hunting season or period of training.
Before storing a firearm for a longer period.
Before other service work.
When the firearm has not been thoroughly cleaned for a long time.

Before you come, send an enquiry with the type and model of the firearm. Bring the firearm unloaded, together with its firearms licence. If you have noticed stoppages or unusual operation of the mechanism, mention it when handing it in.
